The Delivery Partner is a key member of the Consulting team. They lead important projects for our customers. They also help shape the future of the Practice-led model. This includes giving management direction and influencing key decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in leading SAP migrations

Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with on-shore and off-shore delivery teams

Participated and led several Project Management initiatives/activities

Experience in project delivery methodologies

PRINCE2 / PMP or equivalent experience

Essential to have experience in working on multiple concurrent projects

Strong technical knowledge and a desire to maintain technical excellence

An organised and methodical person who enjoys working in a collaborative environment

Great presentation skills and the ability to explain things clearly to different audiences.

Strong stakeholder management and relationships builder

The ability to use your initiative and make decisions under pressure

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

We are seeking a bi-lingual Japanese-speaking professional to join our team in Japan as a Presales Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale SAP transformation projects. This role involves solution design and educating customers on client value propositions, including data migration best practices leveraging client software solutions and methodologies

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years consulting experience

Experience in either a Data Migration Lead role, or Project Management role inside an SAP Transformation Project

Functional SAP delivery Experience (e.g. SAP MM Consultant)

Experience in sales lifecycle processes, including costing & pricing

Experience using financial drivers to develop ROI based customer proposals

Experience in software sales, competitive analysis and value-based selling

Bachelor degree

Japanese native speaker

What We’re Looking For:

Degree level qualification in Computer Science (or other technology related field)

Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis

Functional ERP (SAP / Infor etc.) experience

Project experience across multiple ERP implementations

Experience with T-SQL

Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office

Willingness to travel according to project requirements
